Dr.Nedungadi’s Ayurvedic Centre was founded by Dr.Nedungadi Haridas in Chennai, 40 years ago with its values based on preventing and healing diseases. Starting from the basic principles of diagnosis with Nadi Pareeksha to diagnosing disease using the concept of Vata Pitta Kapha and treating it with authentic Yoga and Ayurveda integrated treatments, Dr.NAC is known for sticking to its core Ayurvedic principles and the motto “PREVENT-PRESERVE-PROLONG”.
