This page contains the full suite of documents that govern your relationship with da Salon and its regional affiliates. Together, these documents are referred to as our “Terms & Conditions.” They currently comprise:

1. General Terms of Use – set out the rules for accessing and using any da Salon website, app, widget, or API.
2. Partner & Client Terms – define the rights and responsibilities of salons, vendors, business associates, and clients who transact through our Platforms.
3. Privacy Policy – describes the personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
4. Cookie Policy – explains how and why we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Regional Addenda: In some territories we are required to publish additional or different terms. When applicable, those regional variations will appear below the core documents and form part of the same Terms & Conditions.

By browsing, creating an account, booking an appointment, making a purchase, embedding a widget, or otherwise interacting with any da Salon Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every document in the Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

For your convenience, each document shows its “Last Updated” date. We recommend checking back periodically, as continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
